At Majestic Nail, every set is handmade with care. Due to the custom nature of our products, please review our policy before placing your order.

Order Changes & Returns & Exchanges

For hygiene reasons and because each set is handmade, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect size selection
• Change of mind
• Personal preference

Please refer to our Size Guide before ordering. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us—we’re happy to help.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the issue

If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund.

Lost or Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delayed or undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Handmade Quality

Each nail set is handcrafted, so slight variations in color, placement, or artwork are normal and make every set unique.
